I call Kebabs the ‘good mood’ type of dish since they are summer’s favourite and are also the kind you can call friends and family over for. Barbecue, few cold drinks and of course all the joy and laughter. They are easy to make and can also be kept frozen for a long period of time.
1. 1 onion
2. 4 cloves of green chillies
4. Some salt
5. Kebab mix
7.Enough Kebab sticks
8. 1.5 kg of ground beef
- Put the onion, chillies and garlic in a vegetable blender and begin grinding until you get a fine paste.
2.Transfer the mixture in a bowl and add the ground beef.
3.Put half a pack of the kebab mix and begin mixing it thoroughly as you add salt to taste.
Tip: To taste for salt and chillies, take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it out, and fry it in a pan.
4.Once the mixture is even, begin making spherical shapes of equal sizes while rubbing some vegetable oil on your hands.
5.From the balls, begin making the kebabs and putting the stick in the middle.
6. Put them on a small pan and place them in the oven on 350 degrees (F) temperature for 15 minutes and then turn them.
(You can also barbecue them in the summer)
Make some kachumbari to go with and have with chapati and a cold drink.
Feel free to ask your questions, for I value your feedback. But most importantly, ENJOY! 🙂
